The Taste Test

We have very few good brands of couverture chocolate available, well very few that i like. Testing the fluidity, the cocoa content and the same paired with different flavours and fillings is sure not an easy job. I was once told by a chef, i was in a 2-day skill enhancing workshop with -
Swati you’ll do great. You have a very refined palate.
And trust me those words by her gave me a boost in the confidence i never knew i needed.

During one such Taste Test that i had conducted for a bakery i was then consulting for, i took this picture and it really brought the whole process to life for me. Day One, looked more sorted than what i thought it was in what i could say was officially my first consultancy job.
