✅Ingredients

- Yellow mustard seed 1 cup
- Salt 1 cup
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 cup
- Fennel seed 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek seed 1.5 tbsp
- Garlic 25 cloves
- Asafoetida
- Cloves and black paper
- oil 2 cups

✅ Early Prep:
1. Heat 1 cup of oil and let it cool for at least 7 to 8 hours
2. Chop kairi and marinate it in salt and turmeric powder for 3 hour or it's softened.

✅ Method

1. Combine all the spices and pour 1 cup of hot oil on it
2. Once the hot oil is mixed, add chilled oil as needed.
3. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes
4. Once everything is well mixed add marinated kairi and let it rest overnight for better taste!
