When you book something from an online launch and we reserve it for you, we are denying the request of many others who ask for it. We block it for
you under the confidence that you will keep to your word and go ahead with the order. So, please do not block or order stuff if you are not sure of going ahead with the order. If you have problems in transferring within the stipulated time, just let us know. We have always responded positively to such requests.
Booking will only come into effect with payments.

In case of any defect or wrong parcel.. We will replace it...(we will send to u that ordered one..otherwise no refund)....... But pls make sure the return is made within 24 hours...(by sharing proper tracking details and parcel's photograph). After that no responsibility
we sometimes share courier slips and sometimes don't .. It's on your part to track it. In case of any problem we are there to help but not track it on daily basis.
No cancellation or return on pretext of courier getting late... The courier company is not owned by us ...
No cash on delivery facilities available. Payment through account transfer online only.For cash deposits Rs.150 extra BANK CHARGES which had to be bared by customers only
After sending the payment the material stock is not available.. We will refund the payment to your account
