Mason & Co We are India’s 1st bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We make organic, gourmet, single-origin chocolate We make our chocolate from bean-to-bar in Auroville, India.

We are the first organic, single-origin chocolate business in India. All our beans are ethically sourced from small-scale farmers. We work closely with our farmers to improve harvesting and post-harvest procedures to ensure a high-quality of cacao beans - so we can make great chocolate! All our products are organic, we never use any chemicals, preservatives or emulsifiers. We are proud to be the pioneers of quality cacao processing and premium chocolate producing in India.
