While the bride and bridegroom waited eagerly for the big day to arrive, the parents of the bride were at their wit's end. Friends of our founders Namrata and Ritu, they were running around frantically trying to organize the card, the gift packs and wedding stationery in
time for the big day. Our founders Ritu and Namrata jumped in to lend a helping hand. The experience was an eye-opener for them. They realized there was a gap in the market for a reliable gifting service that takes care of a customer’s needs from start to finish. This paved the way for them to set up Wraps and Boxes in 2008. Armed with a passion for service and commitment to creativity, Ritu and Namrata sought out to build a company that offers solutions through the lifecycle of a gifting process – from coming up with an idea, to catering to a customer’s bespoke needs. We have a dedicated manufacturing unit overseen by an all-women team that has helped us keep a close eye on every aspect of the process. What started off as gifting solutions for weddings has grown over the last decade – our customers include corporate gifting, B2B solutions for small, medium and large scale businesses, and even customized gifting for special occasions, both big and small. Our customers guide our growth and activities every step of the way – and this new chapter is no different. This website is built with you – the customer – in mind.
