On the ocassion of the international day of persons with disability 2025, Mersen India requested me to conduct a hands-on workshop on Organic Terrace Gardening as a skill development initiative for its staff with special abilities.

It was such a privilege to get this opportunity! First of all, there was 100% participation, all 30 members were present and eager to learn. The workshop was totally hands-on covering; making potting mix, planting, pruning and harvesting.

Participants were totally immersed in all the activities as it is evident from the video snippets. All harvested chemical free veggies were packed as giveaways!!

Thanks to Mersen India and particularly Mr. Vasanth for giving me this opportunity and to my good friend .composting who does not miss even a single chance of connecting right people together for the cause of sustainability, composting and terrace gardening.
