We are looking for a passionate consultant to create classroom-ready, story-based lesson plans and learning resources that are practical, engaging, and inclusive—especially for low-resource contexts across early childhood and primary grades.

We’re looking for passionate people to join our team in the following roles:

🟢 State Program Manager – Implementation

This role will lead the large-scale implementation of Pratham Books’ reading and learning programmes, using print-rich libraries and StoryWeaver’s digital resources. The position requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, and experience working with government and NGO partners to drive high-quality, on-ground programme delivery across geographies, while supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts.

📍Gujarat (Jamnagar-based preferred)
Travel: Extensive
Duration: Full-time (1-year consultancy; renewable)
