Dear Exhibitors,
Thank you for registering for our NAMMA MADRAS NAMMA SHOPPING! In a few short hours, we will see you @ WESLEY GROUNDS, ROYOPETTAH, OPPOSITE WOODLANDS THEATER. You will meet us at the entrance (we will have a registration table set up), and we will give you the exhibitor passes (2 ID Cards for each stall). To make the process easier, you can show us the receipt that we gave you or the booking person’s name.
We request you to please unload your vehicles QUICKLY, and then move your cars to the car park for parking.
Here are a few things that you should remember to bring:
1. Decorate your stall an make it look best and attractive and get a chance to win a cash prize of Rs.2000/- (Sole discretion by the organizers).
2. Plastic sheet to cover your products (in case of rain)
3. Mosquito repellent
4. Some extra sheets in case you wish to create some shade within your stall against the afternoon sun.
5. Extra lighting (have to inform us earlier for power supply)
6. Banner or flex
7. Visiting cards
8. Paper or cloth bags in which you will give your products
Just as a reminder, we give you:
1. 2 tables, measuring 4 X 2 feet
2. 2 chairs
3. 1 tube light
4. 1 – plug point (No extension box allowed)
5. Name board
Note: Reporting time for the exhibitors is @ 7.AM.
