Dear friends and well wishers,
I was part of a consultative study under the heading ‘Aspiration of Elders’ during 2013. The study was covering full length and bredth of India.
The essence of study is that, elder care to be considered under 5 broad areas, to meet their good quality life. They are,
Health, Financial, Social, Enpowerment and Legal.
From that time, my mind was working on it and I wanted to come up with a ideal solution for senior citizen community, which should be a role model for any Senior Citizens Community covering the above aspects.
It is an alarming fact that the population percentage of Senior citizens in 2050 will be around 20 % against the current level of 9 %.

It took 10 years to give a shape to this project, due to various factors.
