> We do not have any refund or cancellation policy in case of unforeseen delays in the delivery of the products. Orders once placed cannot be CANCELLED at any point / or for any reason as we may process the orders immediately and it involves efforts doing so. We try & deliver both domestic & international orders within the estimated timeline but certain potential delays caused by unprecedented challenges is not covered for any money back / refunds or any type of claims. > We do have replacement policy for damages during the transit. But, it has to be notified to us within 24 hours from the delivery of the package with proper pictures and proofs. We shall review it & accept your request for replacement of the damaged product. This applies only for domestic orders. International orders does not qualify for refunds / exchanges / replacements — But fret not, We ensure an optimal packaging to avoid such mishaps :)
Any duties / taxes chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers. We mostly ensure there’s no such charges levied but on a very rare instances — You may be required to pay local duties when you receive the products. In case the duties are not paid by you — the product may be scrapped and we will not issue refunds for the same.
