We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Alliances and Partnerships to join our rapidly growing team.

Job Overview:
The holder of this position will be responsible for contributing to the commercial roadmap and support GSR’s Alliance & Partnership business by development, implementation, and management of new initiatives/partnerships and/or channels. Generate revenue from Air & Non-Air partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Initiate, acquire and drive new partners for the Alliances & Partnerships Program of GSR group and clients.
2. Develop the Alliances & Partnership strategy with the aim of recruiting new partners and delivering sales volume.
3. Develop a network of partnerships, Joint ventures and alliances to drive revenue growth for the organization.
4. Keeping in mind the partner airline processes to always ensure relevant partners are identified and contracted
5. Desired to be on top of all partnership discussions and drive from pitch to deal closure
6. Understand and work closely with IT team to prioritize and implement partner campaign implementation
7. Ensure policies relating to Alliance & Partnership campaigns are defined, documented, communicated, and understood, both internally and externally.
8. Working closely with accounting team to generate invoices and ensure swift payment
9. Ongoing management of all existing partners, including monitoring of revenues and other SLAs
10. Provide regular reports (data & commentary) on revenue to senior management with insight into product/channel/route trends, issues and recommendations
11. Maintain an overview of competitor (regional & global) activities and partners
12. Communicate effectively with all members of the department in line with the company’s culture guidelines
13. Manage interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM, loyalty, and credit cards (material fulfilment, performance metrics, training, integration, etc.).
14. Manage external providers, ensuring highest standards of service delivery whilst achieving revenue & profit targets
15. Develop strong and lasting relationships with all internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business
Desired Skills & Experience
• Previous business development experience in alliances and affiliate partnerships with a clear exposure to Banks, Airlines, Credit Card Platforms and Brand Marketing partners.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills: upbeat, friendly and professional
• Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and office-related IT tools
• Prior experience of working on an affiliate partnership portal is a must
