Via Pondichery is one of the oldest boutique of its kind in Puduchery. Located in the centre of the town near the beach in Romain Rolland Street. The designer Vasanty Manet is a dancer who got into fashion through inspiration. She designs bags,accessories and home furnishings; exports them all around the world as she participates at international fashion and interior deco fares.

Via Pondichéry is an atelier of high-end embroidery, clothing, home design and accessories driven by an admiration for art, since 1992.

Vassanty Manet, Via Pondichéry’s founder and designer, brings her heritage in the performing arts to the atelier’s products.

Vassanty was for many years a prominent Bharatanatyam dancer, and comes from a family of distinguished dancers, painters and musicians who have lived between India and France. The confluence of art and fashion has been a uniquely creative and inspiring space for her.
