With due respect to other reviewers, my humble submission based on my experience in dealing with the staffs of V3 Automotives Private Limited, Chennai,. This review is not to hurt anyone, but for others to be aware and for the concern to correct his mistakes.

The only purpose of sharing my experience with rest of the world is to help someone who need some idea on choosing the best dealer or sales team.

Frankly, This showroom deserves a negative rating! Also, I highly recommend others to avoid this showroom and specially the salesperson Mr. Sasikumar.

On August 10, they committed us a price for a car (i20 Asta, DT, Petrol) delivery date is 1st Sep. Booking is confirmed by payment of booking charge of Rs. 5,000 on11th Aug 2021.

On 3rd Sep they said they (Mr. Sasikumar) cannot deliver the car at the agreed price rather the discount offered will be reduced by 50%. If we are not interested we can cancel the booking. (obviously, we are not interested).

My phone calls after paying booking confirmation went un answered where they used to pick the call when i call from different number. They wasted almost 25 days of my time and they are decreasing the discount offered and forcing me to cancel the booking by saying "If We are not interested, do not buy from them".

This Hyundai showroom to be rated as negative in Customer Centric, and Not not trust worthy. I welcome if someone has experienced such thing, please come forward to expose such dealership.

Update 1: @ 1:36 PM, 03-Sep-2021, V3 Hyundai (Mr. Sasikumar, Team Leader (Ph: 9789949649) is calling me and threatening me that i should delete this post and my Facebook review for them to refund my booking amount. This shows their trustworthiness and how they are dealing with customers.

Update 2 @ 2:11 PM 03-Sep-2021, V3 Hyundai has mentioned in their reply that there is no booking in my name. They are correct, as the booking is not in my name but in my friends name. I have enclosed relevant documents to prove the booking.

Update 3 @ 04-Sep-2021, V3 Hyundai people is calling me and harassing and abusing me (again attached the call log screenshot). Received calls from the following numbers (9087626232, 9566585855, there are few calls which I ignored since they are threatening me on call with one person even using bad words) and they are threatening me to do anything if I don't remove this post.

It is the platform to share our feedback and I don't know why they don't want to accept their fault.

Its day 2 since they communicated they cannot honor our sale, but still they have not refunded the booking money.
