सभी #सरकार के अधिकारी मूल चेहरे। दिल का दौरा पड़ने से एक व्यक्ति गिर गया, #प्राथमिक उपचार के लिए किसी ने उसकी #मदद नहीं की।

दिल्ली का बुरा चेहरा

: दिल्ली के प्रिय उच्च अधिकारियों,

करोल बाग में 1963 से रह रहे 45 दुकानदारों, 100 परिवारों और 5000 जुड़े हुए लोगों की चिंताओं की ओर आपका ध्यान दिलाने के लिए मैं यह पत्र लिख रहा हूं। दस्तावेजों और उचित सरकारी निर्देशों के अनुसार।

मामला करोल बाग थाने के सामने स्थित करोल बाग भगवती मार्केट का है। यह मामला फिलहाल उच्च न्यायालय की निगरानी में है, जिसने दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) करोल बाग को पहले ही निर्देश जारी कर दिया है। हालांकि, अदालत के आदेश के बावजूद करोल बाग पुलिस उनकी अवहेलना करती दिख रही है और एमसीडी करोल बाग की हरकतों का मजाक उड़ा रही है.

अदालत पहले ही निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं से सहमत हो चुकी है:

स्थानांतरण पत्र पहले साझा करें

अनापत्ति पत्र साझा करें

दुकानदारों के दस्तावेज साझा करें

यह देखना निराशाजनक है कि इन परिस्थितियों में आचार संहिता अदालत प्रणाली और हमारी न्याय नैतिकता से ऊपर प्रतीत होती है। मैं संबंधित विभागों से अनुरोध करता हूं कि वे इस मामले को गंभीरता से लें और उचित कार्रवाई करें।

करोल बाग के प्रभावित व्यक्ति न्याय और अदालत के निर्देशों के पालन के पात्र हैं। मैं आपसे हस्तक्षेप करने और यह सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह करता हूं कि दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों का पालन सभी संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा किया जाए।

दिल्ली के #करोल_बाग में ाल पहले #पाकिस्तान से आए #शरणार्थियों के #दुकानों पर #दिल्ली_एमसीडी ने #अवैध_तरीके से #सील लगा दिया। क्योंकि कोरोना के वजह से सभी लोग घर में हैं और इसी का फायदा उठाकर अवैध तरीके से वाले ने उस जमीन को किसी #बड़े_बिल्डर के हाथों #बेच दिया है।।

जिन दुकानों को MCD ने सील किया है उन सभी दुकान में #बिजली_और_पानी का #कनेक्शन है और इस कनेक्शन को #एमसीडी ने हीं 1973 में दुकानदारों को दिया था।। सभी दुकानदार #जीएसटी तथा #टैक्स भरते हैं।। दुकानदारों का कहना है कि एमसीडी के कुछ #बड़े_अधिकारियों ने ोड़ से ऊपर की #जमीन को सिर्फ #भ्रष्टाचार के लिए 200 करोड़ रूपया में बेच दिया।।

यहां सोचने वाली बात यह है कि जो सरकार बोल रही है कि बाहर से प्रताड़ित हिंदू सिख और बौद्ध शरणार्थी को NRC और CAA के तहत हम देश में लाएंगे लेकिन जो 70 साल से हमारे देश में रह रहे हैं उनके दुकानों पर बुलडोजर चलाया जा रहा है।।

I am writing to bring to your attention the concerns of the 45 shopkeepers, 100 families, and 5000 connected people in Karol Bagh, who have been residing there since 1963. These individuals originally came from Pakistan in 1947 and have established themselves in Delhi with valid documents and in accordance with proper government instructions.

The issue at hand pertains to Karol Bagh Bhagwati Market, located opposite the police station in Karol Bagh. This matter is currently under the observation of the High Court, which has already issued instructions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Karol Bagh. However, despite the court's orders, the Karol Bagh police seem to be disregarding them and entertaining the MCD Karol Bagh's actions.

The court has already agreed with the following points:

Share the shifting letter first
Share the no objection letter
Share the documents of the shopkeepers
It is disheartening to see that the code of conduct under these circumstances is seemingly above the court system and our justice ethics. I kindly request the concerned departments to thoroughly look into this matter and take appropriate action.

The affected individuals in Karol Bagh deserve justice and adherence to the court's instructions. I urge you to intervene and ensure that the orders of the Delhi High Court are followed by all relevant parties involved.

आज दिनांक 10 अप्रैल 2023 को एमसीडी द्वारा भगवती मार्केट करोल बाग की दुकानों को गैरकानूनी तरीके से सीलिंग करने एवं उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश का उल्लंघन करने के विरोध में हमारा साथ देने के लिए विधायक भाई विशेष रवि जी, भाई महेंद्र गौतम जी और बहन पार्षद उर्मिला गौतम जी का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद। 🙏🙏🙏
