True story- Thought my eye sight had gotten worse.
But did you know, over 120,000 people died in india in 2020 as a result of air pollution and related problems.
PM2.5 concentration in Delhi air is currently(Dec 26, 2021) 64.3 times above the WHO annual air quality guideline value.
But how does delhi ends up being in this situation every year?
Answer- heat inversion.
In simpler terms- delhi is at a geological disadvantage, where it acts like a sinkhole for pollution.
Which makes it even more essential to minimize the pollution we create and be conscious consumers.
