Pathaan is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language spy action-thriller film written and directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra under his banner Yash Raj Films.[2] The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, in his comeback to cinema after Zero (2018) alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.[2] Salman Khan reprises his role as Tiger in a cameo appearance. It is the fourth installment in the YRF Spy Universe after Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) and War (2019).
Pathaan is scheduled to be released in India on January 25, 2023, coinciding with the Indian Republic Day weekend in IMAX along with dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu.[3][4]
