Kutch Arts

Kutch Arts Know For Quality Indian Textiles. Kutch Arts is a third-generation, family-owned business specializing in Indian tribal textiles and works of art. Kutch Arts

Originally from the textile-rich state of Gujarat, family members have focused on textiles of NW India, but we offer outstanding, diverse textiles from all Parts of India. Background
In the 1960s, water shortages forced a change in lifestyle from that of a rural farmer to an urban textile dealer. My fraternal grandfather, Mr. Magan Lal, started the business by going from door to door in various vi

llages collecting textiles to sell. At an early age, my father Mr. Madho Bhai, joined him in collecting textiles and acquiring first-hand information of their origin, construction, and cultural context. This allowed us to offer outstanding textiles at very reasonable prices as there was no middle man. I, Arun, joined the business in 2000, and continue to manage the family business. Kutch Arts represents three full generations of experience and knowledge, and I continue to learn from both my father, grandfather, Friends and from Costumers. Inventory
Our stocks cover the range of traditional Indian textiles. We pride ourselves in providing a wide range of quality traditional Indian textiles at reasonable prices. Our website shows but a fraction of our showroom inventory, and if you wish to inquire about textiles of specific regions or styles, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks for Visiting us.
