today we are making TACOS with fresh salsa cruda (chaat masala, tomatoes, onions, garlic, lime), honey-soy chicken, paneer, red cabbage, carrot and ginger salsa, cilantro, and a side of carrot pickles! the tacos themselves are rotis!
