During Prime Minister Narendra Modi's bilateral visit to Italy, the two countries officially upgraded their relationship to a Special Strategic Partnership and set a goal to boost trade to €20 billion by 2029.
The key agreements signed include:
Defence:
A roadmap for the co-development and co-production of military hardware, plus a pact to counter financial crimes and money laundering.
Technology:
Pacts to cooperate on critical minerals, semiconductors, and AI, including establishing a joint Innovation Center in India.
Healthcare & Mobility:
A major deal to facilitate the recruitment of Indian nurses to work in Italy, alongside an agreement to promote Ayurveda.
Infrastructure & Trade:
An MoU to boost maritime logistics (tied to the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor) and agreements to expand Indian seafood exports.
Education & Culture:
A roadmap for student and research exchange, and the declaration of 2027 as the India-Italy Year of Culture and Tourism.
প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নৰেন্দ্ৰ মোদীৰ ইটালী ভ্ৰমণৰ সময়ত দুয়োখন দেশে নিজৰ সম্পৰ্কক আনুষ্ঠানিকভাৱে "বিশেষ কৌশলগত অংশীদাৰিত্বলৈ" (Special Strategic Partnership) উন্নীত কৰে। ইয়াৰ লগতে ২০২৯ চনৰ ভিতৰত দ্বিপাক্ষিক বাণিজ্য ২০ বিলিয়ন ইউৰোলৈ বৃদ্ধি কৰাৰ লক্ষ্য নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰা হয়।

প্ৰতিৰক্ষা:
সামৰিক সঁজুলি যৌথভাৱে প্ৰস্তুত আৰু উৎপাদন কৰাৰ বাবে এক ৰোডমেপ প্ৰস্তুত কৰা হৈছে। ইয়াৰ উপৰি বিত্তীয় অপৰাধ আৰু ধনৰ অবৈধ লেনদেন (Money Laundering) প্ৰতিৰোধ কৰিবলৈও চুক্তি কৰা হৈছে।
প্ৰযুক্তি:
গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ খনিজ পদাৰ্থ, ছেমিকণ্ডাক্টৰ আৰু কৃত্ৰিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা (AI)ৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত সহযোগিতা বৃদ্ধিৰ বাবে চুক্তি কৰা হৈছে। ইয়াৰ অধীনত ভাৰতত এটা যৌথ 'ইনোভেশ্যন চেন্টাৰ' (Innovation Center) স্থাপন কৰা হ’ব।
স্বাস্থ্যসেৱা আৰু গতিশীলতা:
ইটালীত কাম কৰিবলৈ ভাৰতীয় নাৰ্ছ নিযুক্তিৰ প্ৰক্ৰিয়াটো সহজতৰ কৰাৰ বাবে এক গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ চুক্তি কৰা হৈছে। ইয়াৰ লগতে আয়ুৰ্বেদ চিকিৎসাৰ প্ৰসাৰৰ বাবেও সন্মতি প্ৰকাশ কৰা হৈছে।
আন্তঃগাঁথনি আৰু বাণিজ্য:
সাগৰীয় পৰিবহণ আৰু লজিষ্টিক খণ্ডৰ বিকাশৰ বাবে এক বুজাবুজিৰ চুক্তি (MoU) স্বাক্ষৰ কৰা হৈছে (যিটো ভাৰত-মধ্যপ্ৰাচ্য-ইউৰোপ অৰ্থনৈতিক কৰিডৰৰ সৈতে জড়িত)। ইয়াৰ উপৰি ইটালীলৈ ভাৰতীয় সামুদ্ৰিক খাদ্য ৰপ্তানি বৃদ্ধিৰ বাবেও চুক্তি কৰা হৈছে।
শিক্ষা আৰু সংস্কৃতি:
শিক্ষাৰ্থী আৰু গৱেষকৰ আদান-প্ৰদানৰ বাবে এক পৰিকল্পনা কৰা হৈছে। লগতে, ২০২৭ বৰ্ষটোক "ভাৰত-ইটালী সংস্কৃতি আৰু পৰ্যটন বৰ্ষ" হিচাপে ঘোষণা কৰা হৈছে।
