Chocolate & Tonk Decadent dessert cakes by Suhasini Mehta. Made fresh to order. Delivering across Delhi-NCR Growing up, there was a fictional cafe that I loved.

It gave comfort and happiness and that's what Chocolate & Tonk (which is named in tribute to that cafe) tries to do with its homely cakes & bakes.

The bottom tier is a Vanilla cake with American buttercream and the top tier is Chocolate & Salted Caramel.

The chiffon roll has a thin layer of fruity strawberry jam enveloped in a gently spiced cream with pistachios scattered throughout, topped with fresh & colourful edible flowers 🌺
The eggless version is a round vanilla cake with the same flavours of strawberry jam, pistachios and cardamom spiced cream which is perfect for Holi!
