Barack Obama is turning his lifelong love of reading into a conversation with some very familiar names. 📚

For his new six-part podcast, A Great Book with Barack Obama, the former president will sit down with Ta-Nehisi Coates, Percival Everett, Tom Hanks, Jill Lepore, Ben Rhodes, and Lauren Groff to revisit the books that helped shape his worldview. The reading list includes works by James Baldwin, Toni Morrison, Marilynne Robinson, and more.

The series premieres on September 24, with Obama exploring how the stories we carry can shape our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
