JUST now, a major accident occurred in Perandapalli Down, where a lorry crashed into four cars.
All four cars are completely damaged, and injury details are still awaited.

A dramatic bust near Hosur:
During a vehicle inspection led by SIPCOT Special Sub-Inspector Anbalagan at the Zuzuwadi checkpost on the Hosur–Bengaluru highway today, police uncovered a secret chamber inside a vehicle packed with 1 ton of banned gutka.

Sensing police checks ahead, the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene. Officers later discovered the hidden compartment during a detailed inspection.

A manhunt is underway to trace the absconding driver.
