From running a dairy farm with limited income and frequent losses to earning ₹2,000–₹3,000 a day, Bathula Rakesh’s journey shows how oil palm has created a new source of livelihood in Siddipet.

With the training and support received through TG Oilfed, Rakesh now works in oil palm plantations, earns a steady income, and has trained around 30 young people, helping them find employment too.
