Terrorist Taimoor wants to create ruckus by exploding bombs to rule over India. For this to happen he wants money. Talwar singh is in the process of arranging money for Taimoor. Sumitha is a SI in Alipura town, where Talwar is trying to loot the banks for arranging money. He uses the name of Bandit Shadow for the things he does. Talwar tries to kill SI Sumitha as she is becoming a hurdle for him. Now Shadow comes into town along with his close aide Gangaram to help sumitha. CIB officer Kulkarni is also in town in search of Shadow.

Meanwhile Taimoor is training a group of militants deep in forest to fulfil his dreams. There are few tribes which are living near to Taimoor's camp. Special branch police officer Sindoor is also trying to catch Shadow. Talwar Singh bribes Sindoor that he will get Shadow to him if he helps him looting banks in the town. Shadow comes to forest in search of the terrorist. He gets caught by one of the tribal people.

Dasarathi Rangacharya is born in Warangal which is in Telangana before independence. This book tells us about the living style of that time. The place at that time is under the rule of Nizam. British people have not taken over the kingdom. The living standards of the common man at that time is very pathetic. Thousands of acres of land is in the hands of very few people
and the thousands of ordinary common people have to work for the land lord without salary.

After the fall of Kakatiya Kingdom, this area is ruled by muslim kings for over 600 years until independence is given to our country. Nizam’s kingdom is covering parts of Maharashtra, Karnataka along with places of telugu speaking Telangana areas. Urdu is the main language of kings. Parts of areas nearer to Maharashtra are having telugu dominated by Marathi and some areas are dominated by kannada telugu. In Hyderabad also telugu is not written or spoken freely. The story starts in a village where Sarangapani comes Vijayawada with a violin to earn his lively hood. He meets The Reddy of the village who gives him place in his house. One should read the story to know the living conditions of that time. Reddy is the king of the village. If he wants any lady, she should sleep with him. All the people have to work for him. This is a very good book to know the living conditions of the poor in those days. The pathetic situation for the people is the same under any king or even now.

Kulkarni gets to meet Nawab Idayathulla from the same neighbouring country who is also a very close childhood friend of home minister. Nawab Idayathulla requests help of Kulkarni regarding some bad activities happening in the same western ghats....

Two different people wants help from Shadow. Are they both(Fhakeer Baba & Nawab Idayathulla) talking about the same activity? Why does Fhakeer baba wants Shadow to come there? How is Shadow going to solve this problem?
