Betrayal is a normative reaction to what?
(Today with the advancement of technology an action which was considered an egregious vice has been conditioned to subjectivity.)
Do I know myself? If I had to travel to the hinterland of my desire would I compromise on my core principles? Is it even a Core principle if it is eclipsed by my desires, or is it just a peripheral one?
These are a few of the many consequential lines of thinking provoked in me after reading Ana Magdalena's decisions.
Reading "Until August" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez was like watching the scene from The Black Swan where Nina loses innocence and can't physically dance the part of White Swan anymore. After marking their ineradicable elegance in their past performances both Gabriel and Nina in this book and that particular scene respectively could neither develop nor sustain their art. The whole visual idea gave me anxiety throughout, and I think you will be able to relate once you read the book.
