Rooted in Jaipur heritage, our sweets bring you the authentic taste of Rajasthan, made with purity The Legacy of Ishwar Ji Gajak Since 1956
All great journeys begin with a dream and a deep sense of purpose. The story of Ishwar Ji Gajak Wale is no different. Established in 1956 by Late Shri Ishwar Ji, our brand started as a humble family venture with a passion for creating authentic Rajasthani Gajak, Tilpatti, Revdi, and Chikki that truly captured the spirit and sweetness of Jaipur. Over the decades, what began as a small sweet-making unit in the heart of Bapu Bazar, Jaipur, has grown into one of the most trusted and best Gajak shops in Jaipur, admired for its purity, taste, and tradition. Today, Ishwar Ji Gajak Wale continues to stand as a symbol of heritage, honesty, and unmatched quality, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern standards. Our Tradition of Excellence
With over six decades of experience, Ishwar Ji Gajak has perfected the art of handcrafting Gajak that delights every generation. Each recipe follows age-old traditions using pure desi ghee, premium jaggery, and finest sesame seeds, maintaining the same authentic flavor that our founder envisioned. Our Laddu Gajak, Dry Fruit Gajak, Chocolate Gajak, and Til Revdi are made with precision, ensuring every bite brings back the nostalgic taste of Rajasthan. At our manufacturing facility, every product is carefully crafted under hygienic, state-of-the-art conditions. We use only the best quality ingredients — from dry fruits and seeds to pure ghee and natural flavoring agents. Our Gajak is fully handmade and packed in clinically clean environments, ensuring freshness, purity, and long shelf life. We are proud to uphold the founder’s commitment to authenticity, hygiene, and innovation, continually introducing new flavors and modern packaging while preserving the essence of traditional Indian sweets. Craftsmanship, Quality & Purity
Being a quality-oriented organization, Ishwar Ji Gajak Wale strictly follows Agmark and FPO food safety standards, ensuring that each product meets our uncompromising quality benchmarks. Our in-house quality control team monitors every stage of production — from ingredient selection to packaging — so our customers always receive products that are safe, pure, and flavorful. We believe that Gajak is not just a sweet — it’s an emotion that connects generations. That’s why we maintain a perfect balance between traditional recipes and modern methods, ensuring that every creation reflects both heritage and innovation. Expanding Sweetness Beyond Generations
From our roots in Bapu Bazar, we’ve expanded our presence across Jaipur with our new Cookies Shops in Vaishali Nagar and Gopalpura Bypass. Here, our customers can experience not only the authentic taste of Gajak but also a wide variety of freshly baked cookies, sweets, and festive gift hampers, all made with the same purity that defines our brand. Our journey from a local sweet maker to a trusted name across Rajasthan is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our team. Every generation of the Ishwar family continues to carry forward this proud legacy — keeping alive the tradition of purity, perfection, and sweetness. Our Promise
At Ishwar Ji Gajak Wale, our mission remains simple — to spread happiness through the authentic taste of Jaipur’s traditional sweets. We continue to innovate while staying rooted in our founder’s values, serving not just Gajak, but memories made of purity, flavor, and love. Ishwar Ji Gajak Wale — Taste the Tradition, Since 1956.
