The perfect classic for your forever collection! It's been handpainted with auspicious symbols like the Kalash, the Sw****ka, fish, tortoise, trishul and more, making it perfect for our rituals. White and red sarees are typically worn in eastern India during pujas and festivals as white stands for purity and red for fertility and passion. Moreover goddess Durga generally wears red as it represents courage and divine power.

The saree is a traditional in mulberry, handwoven with the typical yet highly prized border.

This one has a lovely fall, a soft light feel and is a breeze to carry (I'm sure my joy, comfort and ease are evident from the photos)

Some gardens are meant to be visited.
Others are meant to be worn. 🌿

Bathed in a soothing shade of pista green, this hand-painted Tassar silk saree unfolds the enchanting world of the Ragini garden—a place where lotuses bloom, stories linger, and every brushstroke carries a touch of heritage.

Delicate yet grand, the artwork draws inspiration from the Pichwai tradition, transforming silk into a timeless keepsake.

When someone who knows the craft, truly feels the craft. ❤️

Coming from West Bengal, our customer knows the beauty and heritage of a Vishnupuri saree—and her words say it best.

Soft on the body, graceful in its fall, and versatile enough to move effortlessly from the office to a celebration, this saree is a beautiful example of how traditional craftsmanship can fit beautifully into modern wardrobes.

We’re grateful for every customer who not only wears Advaita, but takes a moment to share what makes the experience special.

Beautiful in heritage. Effortless in the drape.

Independence is more than a moment in history, it's the freedom to preserve our traditions, celebrate our heritage, and empower the hands that keep our culture alive.

At Advaita, every hand-painted saree and handcrafted creation is a tribute to India's rich artistic legacy and the artisans who continue to nurture it.

This Independence Day, let's honour our roots by choosing handmade, supporting local crafts, and carrying our stories forward with pride.

Because true freedom lies in preserving what makes us uniquely Indian. 🇮🇳

So happy and proud of our latest lot of bulk that we got done for a client. The brief was to get the exact shade of Ruby pink 🩷 for an event which wasn't easy.
But we got the threads dyed in 2 different shades - Ruby red and pink, and then used them in warp and weft respectively, and had our weaver hand weave them so flawlessly.

The result was the perfect shade of a lovely soft drape saree that I'm wearing - easy to drape, a great fall, light and breathable and so very elegant.

If you wish to weave your 😄 shade then reach out and we (our team of partners and weavers) do it for you.

Wouldn't you rather wear a custom made saree handloom woven with love and care, while also supporting our craft sector, than buying a powerloom off the shelf?
What can we do to make this more popular?
