User manual for YesQcart Dealers/Vendors

Dear YesQcart Dealer/ Vendor,
Congratulations on your association with YesQcart. We are happy to open up a digital market with more than 2000 stores in Kerala. This gives an unbeatable and tempting opportunity to the vendors/ dealers to list all their products with YesQcart which enable them to find a ready market with bulk buyers. In order for you to enjoy the benefits please proceed and complete the product listing as described below.
• Login with your registered phone number and password to https://dealer.yesqcart.com/auth/login
• Successful login will show the dashboard
• Go to the menu on the left hand side and scroll down to the bottom where you will find "About”.
• Click on the “About” to find the drop downs “Dealer info” and “ Edit info”
• You can check the info which is already there on the “Dealer info” and go to “edit info” to edit and complete the dealer information.
• Input the name of your company/ Business correctly and a slogan.
• You can write a short paragraph about your business and products in the description. Make sure to make it attractive as it will be visible to the stores later.
• Upload your Logo in 450 x 450 pixels dimensions. Please note to keep the size of the file below 200 Kb.
• Add phone number, email and address
• Turn on “ visible store” button and save the changes
How to add Brands and manage them?
• From the left menu, go to “ Manage products” and click on the “Products”
• You will find “My brands” as the last drop down.
• Click on the “My brands” and you will reach the dashboard. Use the “create” botton to add your brands.
• You can give the brand name description and upload a brand image (450 x450 pixes- below 200 kb size) and save.
• Saved brands will be available at “View list “for further editing if any.
How to add products and manage them?
From the left menu, go to “Manage products” and click on the “Products” and from the drop down click on “Master Product.
• Once you reach the “Master Product” dash board, use the “create” button to create the products one by one.
• Enter the EAN code, Product name and the package size on the respective columns
• Write something great about your product in the description. Make it attractive create an impression.
• Choose a “Cover image” to be uploaded at 450 x 450 Pixels size and upload.
• Add the HSN code
• Select the brand name and category
• Select the base unit as in pcs, kg, ltr etc. Please note if you have a product in pack of 6 and as single unit also, then you will have to create two separate products.
• You can then, go ahead and put the tax related info, weight of the product, MRP, Minimum price, Suggested price for stores to sell, and discounted price.
• Finally you can add any notes and send the request for the YesQcart product management team’s approval.
• Once approved the product will be live for stores to order.
How to create offer?
• From the left menu, go to “ Manage products” and click on the “Products” and from the drop down click on “ Manage offer”
• Go to the dashboard and create the offer there.
• You may be able to edit the offer in the “view list” later.
