It’s Apple season in the parts of Western Himalayas, and Kinnaur is all gearing for it.
Everyone is busy with 10 rounds of tea a day, out in the yard, arranging for crates, labours, pickups, because this is what every Kinnauri farmer wait for throughout the year.

Midnight update from 9000ft in the Kinnauri mountains!

Since fruit season anywhere is not like Apple iPhone sale, a single day hype! As we move across the landscape, altitudes, valleys, the harvest follows - village by village.

Here’s our tentative harvest schedule so you know when apples from different parts of Kinnaur are expected to come off the trees from our selected farmer’s orchards.

In many regions across Kinnaur till mid valleys early varieties of apples are already being harvested, but since we deal in Kinnaur’s OG Red Royals the harvesting will take place as their readiness.

These are our expected timelines. We’ll keep updating as the season moves. Dates may shift slightly depending on weather and road conditions, area added here will have more villages covered that will be updated on real time basis.
