Typically, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact at the earliest and we will try to do whatever best we can. Your order starts processing within 12 working hours of order placement. Once the order starts processing we are unable to cancel the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
