If Product is returned without original packing and accessories along with other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. WSSM reserves the right to recover it from the buyer's refund amount. Note- The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and
received by us. Refund Procedure/Important Points
a) Inform us online or offline with your order details. name, address ,Contact no., email id etc. with the reasons of refund in full details . b) In case of dispatching product/s to the WSSM. Notify us with courier details. c) WSSM will validate your request by checking the warranty terms, product(s) type and other terms etc. and initiate the refund, depending on your preference. e) After replacement/refund request, we will contact you (from email or voice call) about refund/replacement confirmation. f) The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us. g) If buyer does not get the return/refund within the promised date, contact us immediately. The amount will be refunded back to the account that was originally used to make the transaction. Refund may be depend on your preference. note:- WSSM is not liable to pay any compensation or penalty to buyer in the following cases:-
1) Delay in delivery of product to buyer's address because it depends on location and out of control by WSSM.
2) Buyer does not cooperate with us.
3) Buyer replies us with untrue, wrong and misleading information.
4) Covid19Lockdown
5) Bank or Third Party Server problem (down) in case of online Transation. Refund is subject to the laws of India and all disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Meerut (Uttar pradesh) india.
