SHOCKING: The service condition from the public listing company.
HDFC Bank - STOP bothering your prospect customers and showing a good image in your marketing campaigns. I am writing this letter to complain about the delay in the opening of a savings account of a partnership firm named GeeNee Lifestyle, I applied and submitted all the required documents on 30th October 2022 to the HDFC bank branch - Delhi Road, Moradabad (Mittal Complex, Khasra No 253, Delhi Rd, Majhola, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001) IFSC CODE - HDFC0009384, the bank confirmed that account opening will take around 7-10 days and when I went to the bank on the 11th day to know the status - they said that their is some delay from the HEAD OFFICE and it will take some more time, but after 15 days when we called up the bank and asked them on the status of account, they said " WE FORGOT TO TAKE YOUR PARTNERS CONTACT NO - AS THIS IS A PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT AND CONTACT NOS OF BOTH THE PARTNERS ARE NECESSARY" - said by SHANU, I just want to know being the top most private bank of INDIA - this is the service HDFC is providing to the new customers who wish to join ??? I am very very disappointed by this unprofessional behaviour of your staff, the most important thing for me is my " TIME " which has been wasted by HDFC and I would like to know how the bank would compensate for this ?
Your team doesn't know the value of time and utmost the value of commitments.
So stop showing good and try to be good.
