Building the future, from within.
As Nexus steps into its next decade of Happyness and looks ahead to Vision 2030, our ambitions are growing – and so must the leaders who will take them forward. That belief led to NEXSPIRE, our flagship leadership development initiative, created in partnership with WeSchool.
On 28 July, we welcomed the 25 leaders of our Founding Cohort – colleagues from across cities, malls and functions who will embark on an intensive learning experience designed to broaden their perspective from functional excellence to enterprise leadership. Because running a successful mall requires more than being exceptional at one function. It requires the ability to see the business through the lens of a Centre Director – connecting customers, retailers, people, operations and performance to make decisions for the whole. At the heart of NEXSPIRE is also something uniquely ours: a deep dive into the Leadership DNA of Nexus—the culture, behaviours and ways of working that have helped us integrate diverse assets into one organisation and emerge as a leader in Indian retail real estate.
The inaugural brought together Nexus leadership and our academic partners from WeSchool to mark not simply the start of a programme, but the beginning of a leadership pipeline we hope will grow stronger with every cohort. To our Founding 25: learn widely, question freely, collaborate generously – and think beyond the boundaries of your current role.
The future of Nexus won't be built in a classroom, But perhaps, a part of it begins here!
