Mumbai, the megacity, where we find a concrete jungle, also has a beautiful wilder side of nature, teeming with unfamiliar wild flowers which we tend to ignore. During my recent visits to the Borivli National Park (SGNP), Vasai Fort, Nagla, Hanging Garden, Jijamata Udyan, I came across a lot of flowers, both garden variety and miniature wild flowers growing by the sides, on the rocks, or any such
place which we ignore. I hope that you viewers will enjoy seeing them as much as i loved shooting them. I have tried to get the ids from members of the Indian Flora group who have been very helpful. Yet there are some unidentified species. Your valuable feedback will be appreciated.
