Soft, stuffed, chocolate-coated dates that hit sweet, salty, and crunchy in every bite.
Ingredients:
• 6–8 Medjool dates (deseeded)
• 2 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
• 2 tbsp pistachios (chopped)
• 2 tbsp cashews (chopped)
• 3–4 tbsp nut butter (cashew/peanut/almond)
• 100–120g dark or milk chocolate
Recipe:
Wash and deseed the dates carefully.
Mix chopped nuts with nut butter till thick and sticky.
Stuff each date generously with the mixture.
Melt chocolate till smooth (microwave or double boiler).
Dip each stuffed date, coat fully, let excess drip.
Refrigerate for 20–30 mins till firm.
