The Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE), Telangana organized a seminar on "Digitizing of MSMEs & Digital Marketing”.

Ms.Aradhana, the Co-founder & Marketing Head of O2Onow was part of the panel discussion. She insisted on the need for digital marketing for the MSME’s and strengthening customer engagement. She also expressed concern regarding how data tracking was absent among the MSMEs. The role of analytics in constantly assessing one’s market presence should be taken up seriously.

Digital strategy for a business has never been more important. SMEs are at a huge advantage by getting the required support from the Government and its efforts in bridging the digital gaps through its various workshops and programs with the help of industry players. O2Onow has been working with Govt. of Telangana and other MSME Associations over the last few months in Hyderabad.

O2Onow participated in the workshop on “Digitalization” organized by the Dalit Industrial Association at BRK Bhavan, Hyderabad. The question - how to drive technology adoption among MSMEs to enhance productivity and efficiency was discussed and the role of digitalization as a key player was explained in length.

Mr. Manoj Gaddam, CEO -O2Onow, explained how access to new technologies is creating better opportunities and giving wider scope for digital renaissance among the MSME’s in India. He also shared his valuable insights on how to transform business process systems for smaller businesses in order to enhance business growth and market reach.

Mr.Chaitanya Voodara, Asst. Manager- O2Onow, Hyderabad spoke about the various Digital Marketing services offered by O2Onow particularly for MSME’s.
