in spite of several reminders and proper followup.. you people have failed to refund the payment. I have written confirmation from your side that your payment will be refunded last monday... that too was confirmed on last to last friday that we will refund on monday. Till then 1 more monday .. almost 10 - 15 days have passed... but you people misbehave and fail to refund. I regularly call you but no one attend my calls... when I call through Indiamart.. and i ask that why are you fooling us.. the reply is rude and it is that "were you a fool that you deposited the amount" !. I have all the call records .. chat records and proper proofs of all the conversation. I am regularly mentally harassed by this firm. I have seen that the same this i.e . buyer supplier conflict has happened before also in their indiamart .. the same can be found from their reviews too.. so its my humble and last request to pay back my advance ie . 1 lakh 5 thousand ruppess to the same account where we paid... and also we will advise publically that never deal with such people who always and regularly ignore the client calls .. and reply always in rude languages.
