🚀 Hiring: Business Development Intern – Supplier Acquisition
Smart Vyapaar is building a B2B quick-commerce and digital supplier network in Varanasi.
We are looking for 10–12 energetic Business Development Interns to join our Supplier Acquisition Team.
📍 Location: Varanasi
💰 Stipend: ₹12,500/month
🎯 Performance Incentive: ₹500–₹1,000 per successful supplier onboarding
⏳ Duration: 3 months initially, with opportunity for extension/full-time role
Your responsibility:
• Identify FMCG & consumer-goods suppliers/distributors
• Generate and verify supplier leads
• Contact suppliers and explain Smart Vyapaar
• Schedule supplier meetings/demos
• Support supplier onboarding
• Maintain daily lead and sales reports
Who can apply?
• Freshers welcome
• Graduate/MBA/BBA/B.Com students preferred
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with calling and field work
• Sales/business development interest
• Varanasi local candidates preferred
What you can earn:
₹12,500 fixed + performance incentives
High performers can earn ₹20,000–₹30,000+ per month.
