Melete [mel-i-tee] is an endeavour to bring to you happiness wrapped in the yumminess of chocolates and baked goods. We are a startup bakery based in New Alipore, Kolkata. We specialise in brownies, celebration cakes, cookies, jar desserts, and healthy bakes. Anything chocolate, and all things yummy makes us happy. And we want to bring this happine

hi , I'm back. After a hiatus of 11long months. I had perhaps forgotten what it feels like to bake. The joy of baking. I gave birth to a delight of a son 11 months ago. And now it is time to revive a seemingly lost passion again. So here i am.

I made my anniversary cake. A sugarfree Sacher Torte ,filled and frosted with my signature buttercream. One of my favpurite things to doodle - branches and leaves on a cake. .
and oh btw, Melete has shifted base. I'm in Goaaa now. With my buttercrram cakes and ofcourse my bestseller brownies. Excited AF for Melete 2.0 . I promise i wont dissapoint. 😏
