Onam Consumer Offer – Weekly Lucky Draw Process & Winner Announcement - Process Note
All As you are aware, our Onam Consumer Offer goes live from tomorrow.
To ensure a smooth rollout of the Weekly Lucky Draw Contest, I have shared the detailed process note for everyone’s reference. Please go through the document carefully and familiarize yourself with the complete participation and winner selection process. If you have any questions or require any clarification, please feel free to reach out.
The success of this campaign depends on creating strong awareness among our promoters and retail partners. It is essential that they clearly understand the registration process, purchase validation, OTP verification, and Lucky Draw participation so that they can confidently guide customers.
Please note that this is a Weekly Lucky Draw, and draws will be conducted only at the end of each week. The winners will be announced on the following dates:
- 9 August 2026
- 16 August 2026
- 23 August 2026
- 26 August 2026
- 30 August 2026
Kindly ensure that this information is communicated to all promoters and retailers before the campaign begins.

Customer Journey
1. Any customer purchasing a Redmi/Xiaomi Smartphone, Tablet, or TV will be eligible to participate in the contest.
2. After purchase, the customer will be required to register by providing the following details:
- Customer Name
- Mobile Number
- IMEI Number (for Smartphones)
- Serial Number (for Tablets & TVs)
3. The system should validate the IMEI/Serial Number from the backend.
4. Upon successful validation, an OTP should be sent to the customer’s registered WhatsApp mobile number
5. The customer must enter the OTP on the portal to complete the registration.
6. Once the OTP is successfully verified, a confirmation screen should appear displaying:
- Onam Greetings
- Confirmation that the customer has been successfully registered for the weekly lucky draw. 🏵️🌼
