This is a fantastic opportunity for an business development manager to join most promising e-commerce start-up company to join as an business associate in Patna region .As the BDM you will be working independently to build company from grass root level and will be taking full responsibility .
Role Responsibilities:
Complete ownership of one or more category/subcategory. - Lead point of contact for Top-rated-merchants for respective category/categories.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing merchants and expand reach to find new merchant
Key responsibilities include
o sourcing at competitive prices, end-consumer pricing effectively to ensure efficient sales while keeping strict check on bottom line.
o Identification of new market opportunities. - Very strong customer focus - understanding customer needs & ensuring correct expectation management and delivery. - Tracking and improvement of key metrics
o Strong in multi-tasking and effective in cross-functional projects.
o Complete ownership of category and managing local delivering chain.
o Focus would in expanding merchant base as per the category's plan. - Identifying and tapping new market opportunities.
o Maintain best in class supply side metrics like SLA, fulfilment rate, geo share of business etc. - Ensure the quality promise of the merchandised products to deliver high NPS(Net promoter score). - Constantly work towards increasing the margins of the category and improve bottom line. –
We are looking for someone: -
· Who has overall experience of 3 years or less (MBA/Post Grad.) or minimum 5 years (Graduate). –
· Who has relevant work-ex of minimum 1 year (MBA/Post Grad.) OR Minimum 3 years (Graduate).
· Who has ability to translate strategies into ex*****on plans and take them to completion.
· Who should willing to take calculated risks to grow the category.
· Who should have excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
· Who has strong understanding of marketing and business.
· Who has ability to connect with people maintain relationship with merchants.
