Candidate help develop a strategy for acquiring new customers and generating leads. Candidate will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and vendor selection.
You will understand how to develop and leverage industry networks specifically for food and beverage. Your enthusiastic, 'can-do' attitude, proactive nature, creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in real teams will be critical to your success.
Candidate needs to be result-driven and be able to comfortably handle numerous work streams simultaneously. Must have proven track record of customers, strong strategic and analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas both clearly and concisely. Candidate must also demonstrate ability to collaborate with and influence others.

• Identifying business opportunities with existing as well as new clients and working in co-operation with operations for redesigning services
• Sending application forms, contracts and quotations to existing and potential clients • Follow up on invoicing and payments in consultation with the Accounts team
• Monitoring outstanding business and maintaining at high level
• Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services
• Attending to routine business queries on Website, Justdial & Faceboo for existing clients.
• Knowledgeable/ skilled in tender process for timely submission and follow up of business proposals with Govt as well as NGO organisations
• Submit monthly MIS and performance reviews • Monitor client satisfaction and register it, enable analysis at the end of the month

• Maintaining and retaining good relation with the existing clients

• Graduate in Any Subject
• Post graduate in MBA (Marketing)
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in marketing/sales in industry
• Experience and knowledge of Raw material, food safety and sustainable programmes
• In depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Conflict resolution abilities while dealing with customers
• Good command of English & Hindi in speech and in writing
• Excellent presentation skills
• Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
