we offer super fine high quality safe case with first grade fabric with Dubble handle.
2) WE OFFERS SUPER FINE BAMBOO QUALITY:
We used Super fine Assamese bamboo in round and straight profile at highest tolerances. Which aged and seasoned for min 6 years in controlled environment.
3) 6 MONTHS TUNING WARRANTY.
We offer 6 months of tuning warranty with the documentation. If buyer faces any tuning issue with in that period (and it's generally happened in first 2_4 months of buying or manufacturing) then we will Repair the flute if possible or make new one for buyer or consumer.
4) WE OFFER IN 6 MONTHS 3 TIMES SERVICE FOR FREE:
Digambar flutes offers 3 times free service for 6 months after purchase date. In that we offer (a) free thread changing. (b) Free oiling (c) free Cleaning. (D) free testing and re tuning if needed.
5) WE OFFERS PROTECTION AGAINST NATURAL CRACK.
We offer the Damage protection again natural crack in if it will propagate with 3 months. We offer this for 3 months because it's generally done that period only.
6) WE MAKE CUSTOM MADE FLUTES ONLY.
We make each single piece of flute with consumer requirements only like (a) Tuning type (Classical or equally temperament) (b) Finger positions, (c) Hole Diameter, (d) blowing angle, (e) blowing pressure, (f) Bamboo Diameter (In case of special requirement) (g) Threading Combination of colours and pattern and much more.
7) WE OFFERS DAMAGE PROTECTION DURING TRANSIT:
Digambar Flutes offer free Damage protection during delivery of product after purchase.
If any case consumer delivered the Damage product, we will issue new flute to consumer free with in short period of time.
Note: consumer Should have unboxing video of package and must clear visible that consumer get Damaged product from package only.
