“There is an author within each one of us, I strongly believed it. Recently, I took a step further to let that author perform. In the fifteen years of my career as a human resource professional, author, educator I realized there is one skill that is immensely important to succeed. This one skill if acquired to the fullest can solve half of the problems you may be facing in your professional or personal life.
I decided to take a deep dive and research it well. While I have experience of writing academic books, related to human resource management, now I wanted to write a non-academic one and hence needed some hand-holding. I came across Samota author training. I attended her online workshop and found her to the point coaching interesting. With her guidance, and my knowledge and experience in the field I decided to go further and write the book “Business Communication Skills”, a professional development series.
This book takes the reader through a step-by-step action plan to develop verbal communication from their current level of competence. It will be a handy reference book for professionals. For students, it will be a trusted guide to develop their presentation, verbal communication.
