This cake is really special to me....I love the colour palette, the finish and the final outcome. I think I have done my best.....what do you guys think? Tell me with your comments.
The flavour profile is a dense chocolate truffle with a slightly bitter coffee cream.

Again this year I made Rhea's cake...a Koala with edible flowers. The cake inside her favourite chocolate truffle with a whipped cream frosting on the outside.
