re will be initiated on a population of about 50000 as a town. The basic essential needs of the town will be produced in the same area, separating the whole of India in the towns. The sale and purchase in the town will be conducted locally and, the overall wealth of the people will sustain with each other. Eventually, the profit made from the KARWAT centre will not be owned by any single person but, it will be utilized in the modification of the same town, by which the town will equally become self-sufficient and developed. Employment growth and job offers will be noticed gradually by the existence of the KARWAT centre. Also, an opportunity of the marketplace will be available for local and small-sized businesses in the town. Each day, every town will continue to walk on the path of productive development.
