Before tractors and trucks became common, freshly plucked tea leaves were transported from the tea gardens to the factory using trolleys running on narrow tracks. These simple trolleys were once the lifeline of every tea estate, carrying the day's harvest quickly and carefully for processing.
For many tea garden workers, the trolley is more than just a means of transport—it is a symbol of hard work, dedication, and the rich heritage of the tea industry. Every journey of the trolley tells a story of countless hands that helped produce the tea enjoyed around the world.
Though modern transportation has replaced this system in many tea estates, these old trolleys remain a proud reminder of our history and the legacy of tea garden life.

ট্রাক্টর বা আধুনিক যানবাহনের প্রচলনের আগে, চা-বাগান থেকে সদ্য তোলা চা-পাতা সরু রেললাইনের ওপর চলা ট্রলির মাধ্যমে কারখানায় নিয়ে যাওয়া হতো। এই ট্রলিগুলো ছিল চা-বাগানের প্রাণ, যা দ্রুত ও যত্নের সঙ্গে চা-পাতা কারখানায় পৌঁছে দিত।
চা-বাগানের শ্রমিকদের কাছে এই ট্রলি শুধু একটি পরিবহনের মাধ্যম নয়, এটি কঠোর পরিশ্রম, নিষ্ঠা এবং চা-শিল্পের সমৃদ্ধ ঐতিহ্যের প্রতীক। প্রতিটি ট্রলির যাত্রার সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে আছে অসংখ্য শ্রমিকের ঘাম, পরিশ্রম এবং ইতিহাস।
আজ অনেক চা-বাগানে আধুনিক পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা চালু হলেও, এই পুরোনো ট্রলিগুলো এখনও আমাদের ঐতিহ্য, স্মৃতি এবং চা-বাগানের গৌরবময় অতীতের নীরব সাক্ষী হয়ে রয়েছে।
