In 2018, after a full year of research and relentless testing, Pranera introduced Mars 200 with a clear purpose: to solve the real problems the market had accepted for too long
At the time, fabrics used for school uniforms and corporate wear often came with the same set of issues — pilling, excess thickness, sagging over time, and fading colours. These were not small inconveniences. They affected appearance, durability, comfort, and long-term value.
We believed the market deserved better.
So we set out to create a fabric that could raise the standard — one that combined performance, consistency, and trust.
That journey led to Pranera Mars 200.
What started as an innovation became a benchmark.
Over the years, Mars 200 has created a strong impact across the Indian knit fabric industry. In many places across India, this texture of fabric is now simply referred to as “Mars.” That kind of recognition is not built through marketing alone — it is earned through unwavering quality, customer confidence, and years of consistent performance.
Much like how certain names become synonymous with an entire category, Pranera Mars has come to represent a standard the market proudly measures itself against.
For us, this is more than a product story.
It is a reminder that when you stay committed to solving real industry problems, maintain quality without compromise, and keep listening to the market, you do not just create a fabric — you create a legacy.
Pranera didn’t follow the benchmark. We became it.
