Meet Rani Kumari, a 23-year-old artisan from Manohar Pura, Udaipur. Life wasn't easy: she married at 20, but when the marriage didn't work out, she moved back in with her parents. She heard about the Sadhna through a friend and joined the organization.

She found her passion in tailoring. She started with making small products, like bags, wallets, and cushion covers, and today, she expertly stitches beautiful kurtas.

Rani faced many challenges: her right hand is disabled. When she began to learn the skill, many people told her that she couldn't work on a machine. But she believed in herself, and with her guru's encouragement at Sadhna, she mastered the tailoring craft. Rani is a self-reliant and independent woman who earns her own living.



Rani is a true inspiration to all those who doubt themselves. No matter your personal struggles or what people say to you, your belief can help you achieve your dreams.
