Vanakkam,
we are from vilamarathupatti village, udumalpet for the past six years we are doing organic farming producing organic coconuts and some coconut oil (only for consumers). for an Agricultural emergency we need 30 lakhs for that I have a plot to sell, 5cents near mettupalayam. I was offered 23 lakhs for our plot but we need thirty lakhs to solve an issue in our land and well. I will explain you in detail if I get a chance to speak or meet you in person.
please check my credibility and help buying my plot. (I can buy it back in an year if you want to sell it again- as I am expecting a property settlement with in a year). we can not afford loans as making interests while travelling towards self sustainable lifestyle. since we are not doing anything against the eco system (to our level best), became a tough task for us to arrange money. this is also a part of experience while travelling towards self-sustainable life style. sincerely expecting your helping hands at the earliest (emergency). 1. I promise that we take this effort to retain our traditional self sustainable lifestyle to our next generation. we are learning lots of traditional practices from senior citizens about agriculture, food and livestocks.
2. I can assist and support you in the same if you own or want to buy a farm or to produce a farm. I will assist and support you to my level best I can. I am good with coconuts and live stocks I have 6+ years strong experience with the same.
3. I am doing artificial insemination for converting A1 milk to A2.

4. we were into IT for about 6 years before we get into agriculture so we could clearly see the advantages and disadvantages what our society goes through and what has to be done for the fore coming generations.
